 Priest Advisory Board Minimize

The Priests Advisory Board to the Respect Life Office is a group of priests in the Archdiocese of Chicago that works to spread the Gospel of Life, as proclaimed by John Paul II in Evangelium Vitae, through a variety of activities, including:

Supporting and providing guidance to the Archdiocesan Respect Life Office at monthly meetings:

  • Participating in and promoting pro-life activities and events, such as Masses for Life with Cardinal George, the annual Archdiocesan “Gospel of Life” Conference, prayer vigils, the March for Life, and other activities
  • Writing letters to the editor as a body of priests on current life issues
  • Reaching out to brother priests to promote the Gospel of Life through highlighting helpful resources, events and ministries
  • Participation in Project Rachel (not a prerequisite to be in the group).

This is a group of fellowship, support, and activism for priests who are passionate about the sanctity of human life from conception until natural death.
